With
classes in Dutchess, Orange and Putnam Counties NY, Set & Swim offers the
premier instructional swim program in the Hudson Valley region. Our lesson plan has been
developed
in conjunction with
the US Swim School
Association, U.S.A. Swimming, and the American Red Cross.
over a 22 year period.
We offer swim lessons for all ages, starting at 6
months through adult beginners and seniors. We have open classes as well as
availability for individual and group private lessons. Our classes are small so the learning
experience can be personalized to maximize to each student's needs.
Along with our
Kids in the Fast Lane & Competitive Swim Clinics, we have also just
introduced a new Advanced Adult/Triathlon Swim Clinic for
competitive athletes who want to shave important seconds off their overall
times.
